Hi! I’m Rachel, I’m so glad you’re here! My heart is rooted in my faith and creativity. Art has always been a deep part of who lam — a way for me to reflect, express, and connect.

From the time I was little, l've felt deeply connected to color, beauty, and expression. Over the years, l've grown to love oil painting for its richness and ability to capture emotion and atmosphere, but do love to dabble in other mediums from time to time!

I'm originally from the Seattle area, now living in beautiful northern Idaho. The nature in both places — from the misty evergreen shorelines of the PNW, to the peaceful lakes and wild hills of Idaho — has deeply influenced my art. My work is often inspired by those quiet, sacred moments found in His Creation.

Above all, I love Jesus with all that I am. My relationship with Him shapes everything I do, and my prayer is that my art reflects His beauty, peace, and presence.

I'm also a nurse working in women and infant health, a job I hold close to my heart. And when l'm not painting or working, l'm soaking in sweet moments with my husband and our one-year-old son, Shepherd. I have a love for vintage treasures and cozy home décor - the little things that make a space feel warm and full of story.
